Don't sleep on VR! It will be a great additional income stream for many people, there are already people in the space that have been making money for some years now. Either as a builder, scripter, VR DJ, VR Artist, etc. Or just extending their real life skill or business into VR as well.

Definitely also a good niche -- similar to KZbin as everyone is starting a podcast now. I'd start as a Podcast Assistant --> Podcast Manager --> Podcast Strategist. I'd cold pitch your favorite mid-sized podcasts with some killer samples.
