Raw, honest and at times harrowing, Kieran tells of how he sunk to rock bottom after trying to commit suicide.... but after time trying to find a way out through recovery and attending GA.

It will always be a temporary escape for us problem gamblers and we don't just do it for 'fun'. The fun stopped many ago
