I think Namjoon and Jin are very deep friends. I have seen both of them look at each other with great amount of love and gratefullness at each other. Its as if they are saying thanks for existing. When I was a baby Army back in the early 2015, I didn’t really know why NamJin was THE ultimate ship that no one questioned. It used to be a thing were people would say you can ship whoever you like and argue about it all day, but NamJin is a ship everybody acknowledged. Until one day in 2015, I saw a clip of the group getting instructions from a behind the scene and the only one Joonie made eye contact with and smiled at was Jin. Jin didn’t even look at him, he was just there, his typical cold main lead vibe. But Joonie was all warm smiles and soft face while talking to Jin when everyone else was around, as if he wanted to please Jin. And then it hit me without warning, dead smack in the face. “Ahh, so this is why they’re the ultimate ship.”
