I used the nuface trinity for a few months. I then bought the ELE attachment and started using both the trinity and ELE heads. Liked the results except after a few months of switching heads the nuface device started to switch off in the middle of the treatment. I used the device approx 4 times per week, switching between the 2 heads once during the treatment. in other words, went over the face with the trinity head first and then used the ELE attachment for lips and eyes. Nothing fell down or broke. But the device would switch off at random times. Nuface replaced the device honouring their warranty but now I am sceptical to start using the ELE attachment again for fear of the device malfunctioning again. Overall, am sceptical about how long these devices really last, although I do like the results as I said earlier.

That happened to me to. The problem went away when I wiped the bottom metal part of the ELE attachment that connects to the Trinity. Before I just thought my battery ran out.

@@spannycat2 My device wasn't charging properly so I watched a troubleshooting video that suggested cleaning where it seats with alcohol on a Qtip (let dry before recharging) and it fixed it.

This happened to me too after 2 years but I was inconsistent and rarely used it and still after a couple of years it would turn off after a couple of seconds in the middle of treatment..

I do my nuface first thing in the morning. Do I need to wash off natural oils if my face ? I’ve been doing it before I wash my face and worried I might be negating effectiveness?

You should wash your face to get rid of the oils, oil result in stopping the microcurrent from reaching your skin, so it won't be affective

Hi, I've just purchased the Trinity. I've noticed you get a prickle with the big balls when you hit hair, or don't have enough gel primer. With the ELE I'm worried that the attachment is not working? is it normal not to feel any current at all even when you hit an unprimed area?
