Hi Heather, thanks for the informative video. I'm not really sure what the difference is between the ELE and the Fix? Could we say that the Fix is kind of an add on for those that have the mini? I feel as though the ELE can target fine lines and also lift, would you agree? Struggling with which one to buy. Any help would be appreciated!

Ok the Trinity and the mini have 335 MPA. So my question is, what's the MPA output on the highest setting with the mini?

The highest setting works at the highest level of MPA. With Trinity, you have 5 settings. Mini has three that work at the equivalent of 1, 3, 5 of the Trinity. Hope this helps.

@CURRENTBODY I really REALLY hope you can answer this. But I have the mini. I want something for my specific eye and lip area. Instead of investing in Trinity just for the ELE attachment, wouldn’t buying the FIX be suitable. They’re about the same size (sphere balls) and the current is ALMOST the same. 208 ELE vs 200 FIX. Wouldn’t the fix perform VERY close to JUST the ELE attachment (obviously not the Trinity/mini itself). Again, I know there’s an 8mpa difference. But it seems like a better choice since I already have the mini. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

You've done some great research here. There are a few things worth noting when comparing NuFACE FIX with the ELE Attachment for Trinity. The ELE device targets the facial muscles around the eye and lip areas to help tone whilst FIX targets the surface fine lines and wrinkles on the skin. As you rightly said, they do have almost the same micro amps however the placement of the spheres, the size and the way they function is different. If you are looking to lift and tone the ELE is the way to go. If you would like to help improve the appearance of the skin we would recommend the FIX. There is indeed. The device will give a lower toned, double bleep when you are using it which will indicate it is time to charge it.

Hello, unfortunately the only gel we can recommend is the NuFACE gel as this allows for the conductivity of the microcurrent into the skin. If the gel is causing you to break out we recommend removing/cleaning the skin with a gentle cleanser after use!

Yes you can. We wouldn't recommend using a retinoid just before a treatment as it is best on cleansed skin then with the NuFACE primer applied but many of our customers and product experts use retinol in conjunction with NuFACE.
