Mynydd Dinas - A Walk To The Top Of The Mountain Overlooking Swansea Bay

A 3-mile walk from Baglan near Port Talbot to the top of Mynydd Dinas overlooking Swansea Bay, South Wales.
Although this route is uphill, it is not a difficult walk.

great video i really enjoyed ? is baglan the nearest station ? you do find the hilly ones maybe a flatter one next time til the weather cools down haha .im off to pontneddfechan this weekend 13 miles up and then back down

Pontneddfechan is a pretty area. You can walk from the other side of the mountain and I think Port Talbot station would be OK (more train options than Baglan).

If you walk along the ridge instead of walking up to the very top you can get views of Port Talbot. Up the mountain at Margam would give you a better view of the steelworks.
