Hey, I am a massage therapist and I have Fibromyalgia. I was curious as to if you actually went and had myofascial release work done. Did it help you? Do you feel like it is effective for Fibromyalgia?

It’s best to think in terms of what really distorts posture and causes pain. Muscles. They have a zillions of times more contractile Force then fascia. Don’t believe me? Then contract your biceps fascia.

Next time wear something more suitable to make the “ patient “ comfortable. Your not a cardiac doctor but a therapist, no need to overdue it with those scrubs.

A lot of therapists wear scrubs, actually. Even estheticians wear white lab coats and scrubs
