The prices of flooded properties and in flood zone are falling. People are staying away from flood zone.

OUG land is higher then surrounding area, if OUG consider as flooded area, you should look for hill top property.

@@drewh3224 KLCC pun banjir loh.. must differentiate flash flood (abnormal rain pour cause) & frequent flood (low land area & flood most of the time during monsoon season)

@@williamwong3266 then you buy lor.. there are plenty of projects.. why risk it with this one project? After a number of flashfloods, we now know which areas are less prone to floods, very good indicator ady.. OUG out... Lol.. 😂
