Barshak saffron rice with chicken in rainy weather!

Zershak saffron pilaf with chicken is one of the traditional and very delicious dishes served in great Iranian ceremonies; Barshak saffron pilaf with chicken has a very easy recipe and for its preparation the available food is used;
This dish is one of the national dishes of Iran and is served in every Iranian home. I hope you enjoy watching this movie and support our channel with likes and comments;
ingredients:
Chicken
Tomato paste
an onion
spice
Saffron
barberry
Rice
How to prepare:
Fry the chickens after chopping them in hot oil; After frying the chopped onion, mix it with a little tomato paste and fry it a little;
Add the tomato and onion paste mixture to the chicken and after adding a few tomatoes and water, close the lid until cooked through;
Fry some barberry in hot oil for a few seconds and add the dried saffron; Pour some boiled rice and stir.
We use this mixture of saffron and barberry rice to decorate the rice
