Happy birthday! This is a really cool design. I tried my peel off base coat for the first time Saturday. I did thick coats on my right hand and thin coats on my left, and I had two pop off on my left hand before the day was over but they were much more intact on the right. Thought I'd share that with you.

interesting - I'm definitely not done experimenting, I think for round 4 I'm going to try plain glue on one hand & one coat of my original mix on the other & see how it goes .... I'm so determined to get it working reliably!

I don't know if you will see this but I've seen you use sinfull colors and that is about the cheapest I've seen in Australia of something you use. Would you be able to do a water marble with that brand.i ove purple & gold xxx

Have you ever considered wetting your sponge before you put polish on it so it doesn't absorb so much? I'm not sure how it would impact the polish overall, but it's just a thought!

are you liking use of the glue better than tape? Have you tried the glue yet in a dipped nail marble?

I really like that it's so flexible, it makes it easier to grip the sponge compared to tape. I have heard people say it doesn't work as well for marbling because it can dissolve in the water, but I haven't tested it myself yet. There's less movement involved marbling too, so I may not switch from tape especially since I get impatient for the glue to dry, but I'm definitely going to at least try it soon
