empty motel in blackfel just next to the town if you exit it from the north.. plenty of cabinets to loot - no enemies

The motel on the other side of Blackfell is worth adding to your loop with the brick office building and the turquoise house. (Also be aware there are 6 cabinets outside of the turquoise house that can also be looted, and more outside of the motel)

The brick office building is visible from the backyard of the turquoise house (briefly at 13:44 in the video). Straight north from there.

Oh hey I dunno if you posted it but there is an abandoned hotel to the Northwest of Blackfell near all the toppled and ruined buildings that has a TON of open rooms with cabinets that can be looted and a few trash cans also. Great place to grab up furniture and furniture blueprints. There's also a small cafe next too it with a gear crate in it.

The Treasure Chest "Mystical" crates that you need to do the purple fragment puzzle for are all predetermined formulas. The will drop the entire neon sign set and all of the figurine models. ALSO, if you have a 1 time use item, like that snowglobe or the battle pass statue, put them in your Eternaland, where nothing will be reset. That's part of Eternaland's purpose.

10:21 also the Motel North of the stadium - has almost 20 containers. dumpsters count too. thats where i start my loot run every 4 hours if im around. Motel (containers) to gas station (weapons case) to hospital roof (gear case) to 1st floor parking garage (weapons case) to 2nd floor (kill weatherman boss) to market (kill bosses and get loot). ima add these two buildings top the end of it to see if i get more. Also eat some chops before hand because you get 50% more acid from devients and theres a fuck ton in the city

if you teleport into Blackfell and you walk out of the stadium, you'll see a motel to the right. It is a red building, lots of drawers to loot from and I have been consistently getting a few furniture pieces or BPs when I've gone and looted.

From my experience with the logging beavers they're definitely only 1x use, i got like 5 single use items such as a coffee table, a fancy chair, 2 cabinets and a rug .

This is great! Thank you! Am I correct in assuming that the blueprints you can loot in the wild can sometimes be ones you have already? Otherwise I don't see much use of the designer's desk as I would not likely be willing to scrap any blueprint I haven't unlocked already. While annoying to loot one you have already, having the ability to scrap them for a chance at something else you might NOT have already is pretty cool. Also, the blueprints the vendors sell. Does that stock ever change? I got ones last week and they are the same as what you saw here on my server. Just curious if they are static or if they maybe change weekly or something.

Yeah I believe you can get duplicates of items when looting! And the vendors stock doesn't change during the season as far as I'm aware.
