Ingredients
1 cup of all - purpose flour / maida
1/4th cup of rice - flour
½ cup of curd / yoghurt
½ tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of salt
3 chopped green chillies
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1/4th tsp of ginger paste or 1 inch chopped ginger
Oil to deep fry
Take a bowl and add 1 cup of all - purpose flour / maida, 1/4th cup of rice - flour, ½ cup of curd / yoghurt, ½ tsp of baking soda and ½ tsp of salt. Mix it well. Then add 3 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/4th tsp of ginger paste or 1 inch chopped ginger and add 3/4 th cup of water and keep mixing it. Keep this aside.
Take a pan and add oil to deep fry and once the oil is hot, drop 1 tbsp of batter through your fingers. Fry it until it turns to a golden colour and is crispy. Then keep it aside on a paper towel.
