Mullangi thuvaiyal ingredients:
1tsp oil
urad dal 2 teaspoon
dhaniya 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
peanuts 3tsp
Green chilles 2nos
red chilles 4nos
grated white Mullangi (4 medium size)
tamarind small amla size
salt
Fry all the items one by one. Allow to cool. grind coarsely.
serve it with hot rice .
