I am a regular follower of all your recipes for my knowledge and for sharing with my children and grandchildren. I always note your tips are crispy, very simple to understand even by the beginners. Your preparedness before going into the demonstration is great not to waste time. Your vessels are cute, compact and shiny but your eeysombu was looking little bad, can change into a new one to look more cute. Your methods are simple, cost effective and within the reach of all middle class people. Wish you all success in your mission and blessings as a very elderly person.

...available in stores at chennai and a real good one at kumbakonam too. I have one from KMU (my grandmother, mother, aunts, cousins etc have bought from kumbakonam ie KMU only "kumbakonam eeya paathira kadai" is very well known. There are many there around periya veedhi)..has lasted me for the past 16 yrs...maintenance is a must. Don't use idukki (tongs of any kind) to lift it, use a cloth, instead...eeya chombu gets easily deformed..it is, basically, lead(though harmful, the one used in this utensil is food grade)..don't press it hard while washing n cleaning it. While preparing garlic rasam, it will turn dark from inside but will vanish once cleaned...always keep the flame low and also make sure there is liquid inside when you switch on the flame..else, it will melt immediately (first hand experience🤣)...just these precautions. Rasam prepared in this tastes really awesome. It is expensive, about 500 rupees for a 600 gm utensil (mine cost 360 rupees for a 510 gm chombu in 2001). Yes, it is priced according to its weight...I hope this information helps
