@@StrongBodyandMind33 Parts of Christianity say that, not all, but those parts that have made their way to the surface seemed to have become what "General Christianity" was for awhile, especially in the past several decades. This has been maybe less so with the rising of the "Mystic Christian" which combines the missing truths about Jesus that were lost when some "and I mean some" parts of this isolated view of Christianity were used to control people, but possibility in some cases unintentionally at times in the past. Then quite a large chunk of people in the world saw this and just rejected all of the view of Christianity all together immediately without further reading the bible for themselves or meditating about this and going to God directly and asking. On the other side of this, yes, the Jesus Spirit is in all of us everywhere across the world and continues to grow in us But the idea of salvation as they have put it "you must be saved & its the only way" has great value as a reminder that, we are always going to need a daily salvation check if we are going to continue to be formed in the image of God like it says "let us make them it our image: the imagine of God is eternally presenting itself with a higher truth of love and wisdom with a fresh image and it is very very easy to think we are being formed towards that goal when we will get lost all the time with the counterfeits around us driving us in the wrong direction. When we get off course, by not truly following him in our hearts at times (for many reasons) but also from the different types of changing deception everywhere, we miss out on him training us to see the freshest truth coming down like mama. If we miss this mark for too long, the loving God will get our attention in other less pleasant ways, because he never wants us not to became apart of his freshest refining Glory coming down the pipe. Also, because we are puzzle pieces to each other and he wants the other pieces to start moving into place. But some just don't want his beautiful love (and a lot of the time its because they just don't truly understand) and are just standing in the way on purpose, yet he still has other loving ways to sort those situations out, which would be different forms of tribulation.

As a Christian unlike most Christians, I weigh science and other faiths equally because I believe a puzzle is put together with all the pieces instead of just one piece. However, my journey has been very unusual and my Third Eye erupted the day I pledged to love all unconditionally and my life was never the same since. Every single religion contradicts itself, you cannot be a Christian and weigh other faiths equally at all. That isn’t even being luke warm that is being an unbeliever, Jesus said he is the way, the truth and the life, he is the embodiment of the truth, if you don’t believe that then you are not a Christian. Jesus rose from the dead, if you don’t believe that you are not a Christian. You can’t believe everything is the truth and fits together when things contradict each other, that is cowardly. Give your life wholly to Jesus and he can make you strong and bold to proclaim him and fill you with the Holy Spirit so you will be certain. Whether or not he existed is not self-evident but there is a lot of self-evident truths in the word, as he restated the Torah laws. I've always understood Jesus is reference to the sacred secretion as well as being a parable. The whole book is a series of parables and allegories. There is a book; God-Man: The Word Made Flesh that explains this perfectly! I've found that one has to explore several avenues of teachings. It's like a jig saw puzzle in which you have to search for the pieces instead of having them all neat in a box.

Christ, like the the Buddha, never intended for us to worship them as the God. They were teachers so that we can attain enlightenment and end our self induced suffering. Somewhere along the lines, things got mixed up and instead of creating our own healing, we managed to try to take a shortcut and rely on something else for our healing and happiness. Christ, like the Buddha are already within us, just as "god" is within all of us. Christ tried to show his followers this concept. He was ultimately killed for this type of thinking.

We are the flesh and blood of Jesus. We are part of him. So doesn't that make us all the same? We are only different because we choose to be different. Due to skin colour, gender, culture and wages and job title. Some would argue DNA difference, but that just refers to wanting to seperate themselves from the truth. This is going to be spoken about more unfortunately whether people like it or not. We have respected others beliefs for far too long. Time to put them all together and work together to create a new world. A world without division. This may be looked at as conspiracy theories. In all honesty, it is the truth. You just have to believe in the good in everything and everyone. Wouldn't Jesus want that? Wouldn't you want someone to believe in the good of you? Otherwise won't you act accordingly if someone said you weren't good enough? We are all human. Bleed the same red blood. Walk the same planet Earth. I hope you also take into account that Jesus was a Human Being as well as God. In other words a God-Man fully human and fully divine. God himself who became flesh. To deny or not to even discuss his humanity is just as wrong as denying his divinity. This is what John meant when he said Jesus was the Word made flesh. C.S Lewis Mere Christianity made the point that the things Jesus said would make him either a Mad Man, the Devil from Hell or God himself. Jesus was NOT just a Moral teacher his words did NOT leave room for that.

Personally, I think Jesus Christ was based on a true person, but certain extraordinary feats were added to make him more infallible. Around 300AD, the first new testament was created during the Council of Nicaea. Emperor Constantine brought together the stories of Yeshua ben Hur/Joseph. Many miracles performed 2000 years ago, can't be created or explained by people that live today. Hense they were embellishments to his story.

Wow! Thank you for sharing this amazing wisdom. I was raised Mormon from the age of 4-14. I remember when I was five in primary and I asked if God made everything but I know and can conceive of who made God? I was told of that time but I wasn't allowed to ask that question. So at age 5 I understood that I was not in alignment with the Mormon religion, I was living with my aunt and uncle during those years, going to church was mandatory. From ages 15 to 21 I called myself Jesus Christ, because I've had such a strong connection with the teachings of Christ. I wanted to become like him and so I thought saying that I am him would make me more like him. I understand now that this world does not need another Jesus Christ, if anything this world needs the first Steven Chris. So I have dedicated my life to be coming closer to God in many ways, ways I've known and ways that I have not known. This video explains it so perfectly, that if I am to be closed off to any other belief systems or experience, that I'm actually closing myself off from God. Because God is in all things, known and unknown, so rejecting what I don't know an rejecting what others know is in a sense rejecting God. Which is speaking to me through my experience. I concur and believe that Jesus was an example and not the appointed one by God, but speaking into that we are all appointed by God. I remember the verse in the Bible where Jesus says you will do all these things and more if you believe, I believe it's our destiny to create the best experience of ourselves in the mind of God. Jesus was damned by many because of what I believe was his level of love and joy, where as others in power didn't feel the love or joy as he did and said that's impossible to feel that way if I cannot feel that way with my material riches. Yet deep down they where unwilling to give their life and experience to God, they wanted to control and be in certainty all the time. So they tried to control Jesus and not to mention any of the other enlightened beings that were damned. Today I understand that facing my fears is the fastest way to get to know God, and my unwavering faith is the foundation to facing my fears. Because with God all things are possible.

Jesus is the real deal, ask Him to reveal Himself if He is truly God and He will if you are truly searching. I used to be in New Age and once I experienced the true Christ by being Born Again all those years of New Age and monotheism (believing in God but not knowing who God truly is) shattered instantly. God is not limited where you need drugs or years of meditation to know Him. John 14:6 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. Revelation 3:20 Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together friends. John 3:3 3 Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly I say to you, unless a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

I've personally experienced stigmata when I was 6 years old. I recall being in the bathroom, looking in the mirror and seeing a perfect ring of blood around my head. When I wiped the blood from my head, there were no marks. I then looked down at my left leg, and seen a perfect ring of blood around my left ankle. When I wiped the blood away, there were no marks. My younger brother revealed to me that when we were younger, that he himself witnessed blood on the palm of my hands as I slept, and then he said the blood vanished before his eyes as his father tried to wake me up. I've been speaking of this ever since it happened, and I've only ever spoken to family, and close friends about it. It wasn't until a few years ago that my younger brother and I were speaking about the situations that had occurred in our youth, and as we spoke, he had informed me of the term and definition of "Stigmata". I had never even heard of it before, but what are the odds that after 26 years of these things occuring, there would be a definition of what I experienced? When I was 8 years old, I recall sleeping on my back, and Awakening in a state of sleep paralysis. As my eyes opened, I witnessed a figure standing right by my bedside looking down upon me. The figure had a very stern look, but its Energy was peaceful. It wasn't evil. As it's staring me into my eyes, it then began to analyze me from head to toe. It stared me in my eyes one last time, before giving me a slight smile. It then raised its hand, and pressed down on my chest. The pressure that I felt was so immense, that it raised me out of my bed, out of my sleep paralysis, and onto my feet; and I ran to my mother's room. The figure itself was composed of the natural light, and shadows of the night. I've been telling these stories since they've happened. I would not lie about such things, although I understand that many do. The reason why I have this image as my profile photo, is because this is as close as I've ever been able to get to the actual look of the figure that I seen. From the physical characteristics, to the clothing and all, even down to the stare of the eyes. That is why, Shalom.

He died for our sins, I think means that in his time people were almost all sinners because they ignorantly followed war gods and their laws, including Yahweh.. Which is why the new testament teaches in opposition to that of the old Testament laws. How many time does he say "You've heard it that way, but I tell you this instead" calling yawheh's laws themselves sinful. If not for Jewish law, old Testament law, he'd have been accepted rather than murdered by the religious leaders.

Either there is an inconsistency here, or someone is confused about who the loving father is.. Who's law is to love the neighbor and treat others how you want to be treated. If it is that there is inconsistency, then it's not legitimate, and certainly not "the truth" or "God's word".

I used to have an approach to this whole idea of God/Jesus/Allah/Buddha akin to "A rose by any other name is still a rose". Why does it matter so much what we call him. Even in the Christian tradition the name of God is... well... not strange exactly, but not crystal clear either. It seems however that there were many who tried to rule as if they WERE God... the Tyrants... like the Pharaohs... or like Nimrod... People who basically said it was their way or the highway - and it took me a while to understand that such entities are not God. God is not a tyrant... he WANTED us to have free will and then make good choices... after collecting and pondering good information... and it's part of the journey of life. As soon as someone says "I have the one and only right WAY"... I always get a bit wary. Anyway, thanks for sharing your thoughts on this.

Regarding the topic of sin... If I remember correctly, it is in the book of John, when Jesus came and was healing people with a water well or something. There was a blind guy that wanted Jesus to make him see. Jesus said, why do you want to see? When you are blind, you are free from sin. I pondered on this for a very long time. I highly doubt this is a literal statement. The best I could come up with is, people may be doing things that are immoral, but they don't know what they are actually doing, hence being blind. Once he took away his blindness, he now knows his wrong doings and is now responsible for making the necessary changes. If you continue doing these things then you are making a conscious choice and it becomes sinful.
