Luar biasa....yang disampaikan dalam video ini menyingkap teori tata kerja alam semesta
Absolutely "Traditional" BUT absolutely "modern" at the same time ... :-) that's how it should be : the martial art that evolves and improves continuously, saving its "roots" and principles ... and i mean MARTIAL ART, NOT SPORT ... Naka Sensei is the future of traditional Karate ... Shotokan style, of course; i don't know much about other styles but i'm sure that they also have very good masters who are following the same path of Naka :-) !

These concepts are such a high level that most people who don't have black belts won't be able to understand them easily. I highly appreciate the content, and I love testing out these concepts when possible. So far it has been with stellar results.

I've always been a big fan of traditional karate as taught by Japanese masters. There's a beauty to the art and precision and training that's impossible to overlook. But I think these guys are proving the point of the Gracies. If not for their insistence of staying on their feet in this exercise they would otherwise go to the ground. And then what? I spent a lot of years in TKD and worked my way up to a 3rd degree Black Belt. And then about 17 years ago I switched to jiu jitsu. I discovered that when taken to the ground I had no response. It was a sobering experience.

OSS! An analogy I like to use as I continue to study my own karate is small hinges can open big doors. The subtle control of initiating the hip and “Hara” (Tanden) to execute the technique can create such powerful expressions of movement

My two years of high school Japanese from 55 years ago are woefully inadequate to do more than recognize one word out of twenty or thirty. And even then, I’m way off the back of what’s being discussed! But I can get a basic gist of what Naka Sensei is talking about from watching closely and remembering my long-ago classes with Nishiyama Sensei in Southern California, nevertheless, subtitles WOULD be invaluable!

Dear Sensei Tatsua , Many thanks for revealing the internal, invisible principles behind more efficient movements. What I appreciate most is preferring the fascial aspects of generating force to the muscles I read in relation to Chinkuchi practices in Okinawan Karate. Another ne idea is the Emptyiing the opponent by emptyiing ourselves, so as to "hide" or avoid "telegraphing" our technniques to the opponent. In this regard the Tsukuri, applying mental pressure, appears to me as the opposite of the previous principle. Probably applicable in defesive tactics. Well, things are never so simple and sometimes controversial, which could be solved only through diligent practice and with the help of seasoned senseis. Good health and good students as well!
