i thought that but, i think it meant the 1st served 7 years in jail an the 2nd got 7 years but probably only served 2 years of a 7 sentence. it is weird in South Korea, if you show you are remorseful and make payments to the persons family you killed, you can get out really quick. in other cases, someone got say 4 years for a hit and run, if the family are rich, they can make sure you do every single day and make it really hard for you.
