When I saw the video description I thought here we go with one of these idiotic, fuel consuming stunt techniques. But for a back leaner this one is actually very useful. Impressive hinge action!

I heard one never tryed. Scarf low back in till feel hit. Then scarf above wedge in. Then same till tips? Sounds very unsafe but be cool to try right situation. Great vids. Thanx

3:40 получаются ступени - постепепенно одна за одной наклоняются и отламываются эти пропиленные части, это очень удобно при боковом наклоне дерева, за счет 3 жабры акулы, так они крепче чем 1

этот метод только для рубки сложных деревьев, и только с помощью лебёдки и веревки на ствол дерева, клин сзади вставляется как страховка от смыкания пропила

In our training courses we are told to never attempt a tree until we see the winch/come along has control of the tree. If we can bend it towards where we want it before a cut we can fell it with the winch after it has been crippled by a cut.

Ok mais si on ajoute: 1. La perte de matière au pied (50cm) à l'endroit ou le volume est le plus fort. 2. la perte de temps. Je ne vois aucun intérêt sauf a ajouter une technique a celle beaucoup plus simple en cas d'arbre penché qui consiste à garder une patte de retenue sur, l'arrière du trait principal et de couper cette patte en dernier, et sur les diamètres >1m des bois tropicaux celle ci est inopérante. On appelle cette dernière coupe la coupe d'envoi. 😊😊
