I see local hawks do this all the time as they scan fields for movement. They are moving forward, just at close to the same speed that the wind is pushing them back. There is more movement then you see in the clip because the angle that he is filming from and his forward movement create a visual trick, just like the videos of planes "hovering".

The way Slapped Ham edited it and gave little information is more what's at fault. I've seen the original and several other paranormal sites report on that video- he actually does it twice: once with an iPhone and once with an Android to see if there's any difference in video/audio quality. But what the underwater screams that were caught were from one of the phones, I just can remember which one.

The last one was kinda strange but the others not so much. The pilot one needs more information but the others could have all been staged pretty easily. I've seen birds (especially larger ones) just hang in the air like that. Wind currents and updrafts. I've seen them just hang like that and all of a sudden dive down onto some prey.
