Great compilation. This must have been a lot of hard work putting this together. This might be a personal preference thing but the one cardinal sin this video commits is cutting the laughs short after a joke or sometimes even cutting a joke short. They don't always need the laugh to be funny but it does take away a lot of the impact IMO.

I hated these games. And loved that they tore them apart 😂 nothing worse than something trying to be smart and funny and it being neither. The characters are so nonsensical and stupid

I mean, they do that with many games they like, and seem to enjoy Danganronpa. I agree that there's lots of iffy stuff, but in general, the characters are typically pretty fun. I feel like a lot of this is because they didn't want the tone to be too dark- which is why I wish Distrust was allowed to be released instead, because it seemed to be a much darker concept, and probably would've been taken much more seriously. (In DR1, the room where Mobomuma says he "left it just the way he found it" is actually from Distrust, which is why the blood is red.) I wish that DR didn't treat it's players like idiots, and that it was taken more seriously than it is. (IE: chapter 3 of SDR2 could've been so much cooler and scarier, but they decided to do Mikan fanservice instead.) People who treat DR like this amazingly intelligent serious are ridiculous- it's often stupid and absurd, but at least it can be fun, with several grains of salt. That's my take, anyways. Not trying to change anyone's minds here, I *definitely* understand why people find this series to be deeply flawed and unenjoyable.
