Jaise alloo ka masala banaya same par tadka mei kadi patta b add kar sakte ho Besan ka b same better Pav 1/2 cut kar k upar Schezwan chatni lga kar aalloo ka masala spread karo Phir besan mei dip kar k fry karo single piece par hi sath hi same green chilly fry karo Mint chutney k sath serve karo delicious stuff pav pakora Shweta ka b yummiest tha ❤❤

Green pav bhaji, made with boiled & mashed potatoes, green chillies, ginger, garlic, pav bhaji masala, cooked in butter & cheese, with pav dipped in melted butter. Ragda pav. Usad pav. Stuffed mirchi pav - Kutch style. Pav sandwich - scoop out part of the inside white part, stuff it with potatoes & spicy green chillies and garlic chutney or Schezwan sauce. If you had sweet corn, paneer, tomatoes, cheese, these could have been stuffed.😊 I am from Mumbai.

Ulta vada pav. Dabheli. Red spicy chutney between 2 slices of potatoes, dip in besan batter & shallow fried. Inside the slit pav, apply a khatta-meetha chutney of pudina, dhaniya, kadi patta, kairi or imli pulp. Place slices of tomatoes, capsicum & the sandwich potatoes & roast on low flame with butter on a tava on both sides. Serve with tomato sauce & green chutney. This pav can be dipped in besan batter & deep fried.
