Thanks! I made it using Lion Brand watercolor in grape and teaberry. I alternated between them and I used a half double crochet stitch to make it. In fact, I think I'll post a tutorial on how to make it just in case anyone wants to know. : )

Hi Cassie your hair looks really nice I love the darker color it looks really beautiful! I cannot wait to see what mystery box you have today on mystery box monday! They're ones that I open over it there was one of my favorite listings they're really inexpensive comparatively and a good deal when I opened it now they come into clear bags so when I get them in the mail they're not used bags and up making really great storage for my yard I have cats and I want to get my arms cleaning in a day from. The Mary Max and mellow spin in the brown is really beautiful! The dark coat is really nice. The light knob is also very beautiful. The red heart colorscape is really beautiful I love those greens and orange and I think Gray room is beautiful, the jockey red heart classic red very nice your NATO I've never heard of that blizzard the only blizzard that would remind me of is one from dairy queen! Five Nitto blizzards you could definitely make something big with that! The Euro babies soft cotton worsted is really beautiful I love the peach and the green and the yellow so beautiful! But that definitely reminds me of sherbert yes amazing. The Euro baby sweet dream is beautiful. This is much more neutral. Where the Sherbert is way more bright. Now it's time for the patterns. The Burnett Tweed is really pretty I mean it's like brown, Karen simply soft wow that is beautiful brown with all that glimmer and Sparkle that is so beautiful, oh the Mary maximilla mellow spun it looks like medium green, the Burnett pop bulky radiant waves is pretty nice. Oh this you're a baby soft sorbet is really nice I believe you the sorbet you would see that in the supermarket. The fair Isles Kodiak yarn is so nice I like the light blue into the Navy into the gray so nice!. The Mary Maxim mystery bags are very nice.

You are right. Yarnado yarn is discontinued. You can still find some at Annie's, Amazon, E-Bay and Etsy. There ARE some beautiful colors.

I love the red heart landscape.I am making a full size blanket using the Acapulco. It is thick and feels great against your skin. I love Mary Maxim mystery bags but noticed that the see through bags are smaller and have less yarn. However, people who have crochet or knitting channels who order them get the same larger size bags with more yarn. It is not fair but I understand why they do this, it is marketing and they get more people to buy them.

I really don't know how they know it's me, if they really do this. I order under my husband's name and have never identified myself to them. But I know exactly what you mean. I've heard that many people are very disappointed with their mystery boxes.

I am also noticing the same thing. My bag is noticeably smaller. I got mine today, and they’re smaller than what they are normally. I’ll be unboxing mine on my channel so you can see what I get, and you can tell it’s very much smaller.

The Bebe cotton yarn is very pretty. The Party yarn came in several colors. I have it in red, blue and black. I also do not care for the color combos in the Pop yarn. Sorbet ice cream has more water than Sherbet, which has more milk.

Hey Kassi, those were interesting mystery bags. Some I think I would like, others not so much. I have found the Caron Simply Soft Party at Ollie's for $2.99/skein. I've used it, but the sparkle is a bit pokey so I won't send the hat I made to Knots of Love, I think it would not be comfortable. The rest of the green I used to try making fingerless gloves and I'm giving both to my daughter. The black made a pretty slouchy hat for my friends' daughter. Love that you are having a great day and are chatty (hair looks good). It makes others happy to listen! 🤗

What is the name of that throw pattern, in the first mystery bag..... from yarnspirations? It is very pretty, bet it is on the website. I have never purchased a mystery box from Mary Maxim, but have gotten their crochet kits. It is the same type of deal, mostly discontinued yarns from other manufactures. It is fun to see different types and I have been able to find more on line of some that I fell in love with. They sell simply soft party at Jo-Ann's and it comes in a beautiful bright Royal blue. One of them was called the "Star Gazer Throw" and that one was from Mary Maxim. The second one was from Yarnspirations and is called the Lumberjack Crochet Throw.
