These words of Guru didn't mean that Sikhs can eat, but it meant that the person who doesn't eat meat cannot exclaim himself as a higher man to the nonvegetarian, and the only reason that Sikhs don't consume meat is that killing innocent animals painfully a sin even if you have the choice to eat fruits which don't take the pain.

Light has one more character its called diffraction of light ..when moon comes in between during eclipses sun light bends and changes its direction ..this will cause concentration of rays at one region on earth ..in that region intensity will be higher than usual days ..
