Does the stated number of litres of the rucksack refer to the closed version when the roll-top is completely rolled up or when it is only clipped, i.e. completely unrolled?

Nice video, have you ever checked out the F1 from Eberlestock? They have a EMOD system that's really nice!

Infound the metcalf squeaky. Drove me nuts every time i moved. Also the seam in the back adjusment damn nearnrubbed my back raw when i threw about 50lbs in the pack and walked on a treadmill for about 10 minutes to test it out. Ended up returning it. Now trying to decide what other pack i should go with.

It did have some squeaks in it when I first got it and loaded it up with weight, but they have since gone away. I'm not sure if it was just the materials breaking in or what that was all about. I usually ruck with 45 lbs or so and haven't had any issues recently.

The best saddle/mobile hunting backpack ever created was the Mystery Ranch Popup 28. It is a sin that they did away with that bag. You can carry any type of portable deer stand or platform in the load shelf of it and strap your sticks to the sides. The pockets are perfect for in the tree. The treehouse is more suited for private land people with stands already setup. It doesn't have a load shelf or waist belt. That is a no go for hiking a half mile plus with all your gear plus provisions for daylight to dark hunting. If I had to buy a different MR pack for whitetail it would be a Pintler.
