Hi George. I had a similar slow drifting signal here a while back. It appeared at a few places across the bands. Turned out to be the led segment display on my ebac 2650e dehumidifier. Got no other led displays here that do this. Took me a while to nail it down. Also my neighbours new solar pv array now transmits so much rf noise I am not able to use 80mtrs! Their ungrounded panel frames and fire escape metal work all re-radiate the micro-inverter noise. Great. Good hunting! Thanks from the UK.

I have already ruled out anything localized indoors. I opened the radio antenna connection and the noise is coming down the coax.

Nothing to add on the noise, but thank you for helping me understand how to pronounce "Olathe". I've done a some business with Garmin lately and had no idea.

IF you understood the whole video, you would hear me say I already ruled out localized noise indoors. I unplugged all of the wall warts including my internet components. The noise is coming through the coax from the antenna.
