I'm pretty sure theres a team of people who do that and he reads a script. It's why a lot of these have some English mistakes. I'd guess the channel was originally started by someone with a heavy accent who used a text-to-speech program, and due to youtube clamping down on that they started hiring Narrators. I'd also guess that most of these kinds of channels are all ran by the same person.
