what is the benefit of Stainless steel vs the PC steel and raw versions you sell? why i would this be more desirable? thanks

They all have their own sound characteristics. Stainless - Long sustain, weather resistant (less likely to rust), easy maintenance. Pc Steel - Pretty much will not rust, similar sound to nitrided. It's a powdercoated steel, so you really don't have to lubricate it. Raw Steel - There's no rust resistant layer added (called nitride) like on normal handpans. If you live in a humid environment, I would NOT recommend that type of pan. Will rust if not maintained heavily. I'm not super sure of the sound characteristics of raw Steel since I haven't messed with it much.

PC steel is easier to take care of, however each material sounds different so it really comes down to your personal taste and also what are you willing to do to take care of it.
