This just feels like a good example of what a small or midsized parks standout ride could be. Not overly large or long but satisfying and pretty unique. Size doesn't matter and all of this park's big coasters prove this.

I wouldn't still say "size doesn't matter". I would say "size matters a little bit/some what", because have you ever ridden like a 10m/33ft coaster that is good on the same level as coasters like: Untamed or Maverick?:D There's limit to that argument "size doesn't matter" and imo it's like 30m/100ft, because on smaller coasters you're just not getting enough speed for it be considered a really good coaster.

@@-AxisA-.....lol, your comment is so ironic. Coaster Studio literally said in this video that his favorite coaster in that park was Timber. It is like 55 feet (17 meters) tall. I guess to each is own and everyone has the right to their own opinion but I personally agree that Gravity Group have absolutely mastered the under 100 foot coaster. Heck, some of their coasters are only 50 feet and are great.

Mystic is a spectacular coaster. I had heard no one talk about before my visit and was blown away by how much fun it was 🙌🏻

That's why Gerstlauer is my fav coaster manufacturer. They really think out of the box.

Such a gimmicky coaster in the best way possible! I think that this coaster model is capable of doing really weird things. This and the one in Hansa Park are both so unique!

Very cool how it has the backwards part. It turns a normal full circuit coaster and mixes it up in a fantastic way.

It’s so funny how this park has a coaster named “Mystic” and another coaster named “Timber.” I guess the “Timber” is the better half of “Mystic Timbers”

Speaking of Rip Ride Rockit though, if Universal every wanted to replace that ride with something similar it would be so cool to see a Gerstlauer Infinity. They could even make it a vertical drop and keep the noninverting loop as part of the layout!

As usual, great video! Layout looks very interesting with that stall at the end and the break run in the middle of the ride. Never ridden a gerstlauer before but they look very cool.

FYI Asterix and Obelix are France most famous Comic-book characters. its not an IP from a Park the Park is Themed after the ComicBook. Now you know :P

I think he knows, I mean for his last europe trip he did some insight and actually read some Asterix comics and watched some movies. Not a lot of course but still. Then again to him the characters are mostly known from the theme parks rather than the movies and comics.

Rode it back in 2019 and absolutely loved it! Also rode cobra in Switzerland, on the same trip, and I actually enjoyed the inverted stall more than the scorpion tail. Like yourself I enjoyed this more than fury, however, only rode that once, and that park was kind of trash. regardless still patiently waiting for palindrome hopefully this is the year.

This is the type of train "The smiler" should have after the fatal crash Accident. Even "Saw" and "Mystery mine" should change to this NG lap bars instead of otsr. Good review-thanks 👍

Unfortunately, the british general public is stupid. They think smiler is more unsafe due to the crash and they think that lap bars are dangerous. Seen so many comments about Hyperia saying that its unsafe.

Yeah more or less, the backwards section on Palindrone at Cotaland will be much bigger since the only thing you won't be going backwards on is the first drop, but Mystic probably is the most comparable ride. Even the drop on Palindrone should be nearly identical to that here on Mystic

All the Veves in the ride's theming are accurate but it's also covered in Elder Futhark runes for no reason.

Ur videos are odd . When I think of a review video I think a video showing u in the ride and then u afterwards getting off and sharing ur thoughts. Not a compilation of clips of the ride and a narration
