What makes Desperate difficulty so desperate? It looks like all of the bosses' health is decreased significantly.

6 months late, but I'm putting this here so those confused can understand. I think it gives the bosses maximum area coverage as well as maximum damage traded off for lower health. It's basically like them forgoing defense in desperation for an all out attack.

All you need to do is land a hit on one of them while they're flying back and forth, any attack works.

If I remember well, you can force the scarlet sisters to land during their final spell by using Alice dolls too ? Does patchouli's light beam have the same use here ?
