eBay is probably the best place if you don't live in Japan or have a connection of some sort, just be careful when buying of course EDIT: A lot of LCS (local card stores) also carry Japanese

Nah, I think it started with last few sets. And I only know of 151 as having an English god pack equivalent. As the commenter below me states, it started back in the GX Tag team era- about 5 years ago. Although English godpacks are still far and few between.
