You can tell that ebay seller is a real one from the way he packed it. In a protective case plus a sleeve you can tell he actually cares about the cards. While the others were just thrown in an envelope or tossed in a ziploc bag.

That's actually legit I bought a quote on quote light pack team rocket back in 2017 and I only spent $85 on the pack I had it sealed for like a month and it was just itching at me the nostalgia and everything going through my mind wanted me to open it and I opened it it wasn't the Holo I wanted but I did get a dark wheezing holographic🎉

I just recently bought from an old lady at a yard sale, an etb with every tag team card from sun and moon, and they all looked amazing but were total fakes. I paid only 3 dollars for them, so no loss, but watch out if you're paying extra.

Odds don't stack this way. If the odd of getting a holo is 1/3 (0.3333). You have 1-(1-0.3333)^3 = 0.7037, or approx 70% chance of getting one in 3 packs.

Man my daughter is reallly into to Pokemon cards. I’m a sports card guy. 2 things, I can’t believe how much some of these cards are worth. I bought her a Walmart pack 2 years ago for Christmas. She pulled a moonbreon. I have HOF graded autographs that are not even close to what that card is worth. The art is amazing. I can really see why people love them. 2. I can’t believe how amazing these fakes look. She buys singles from cons and my local card shop. Packs from Walmart,Target, local shop. I think we will stay there. She has a dark charzard also. Anyway thanks for the video. I buy mostly vintage sports cards from the same people I have always bought from. We will stay with what we know. Her dark charzard is not holo I don’t think.

Just wanna educate a small amount. With the 1:3 pull rate. Getting 3 individual packs (in a perfect world which obviously eBay is far from perfect but assume for a second it’s perfect) nets you about a 60% chance of getting a holo. Or in other words if 100 people bought 3 packs from strangers and the odds were always 1:3. 60 people would get 1 holo card. 40 people might get 2 or 3 or 0 holos with more getting 0 than multiple. This is always true when talking about statistics like this. If you have 1/X chance to get something, with no external factors you have a ~60% chance of receiving it by X chances. 60% is nearly a coin flip. In a world where your holo pull rate is 1:3 buying 3 packs does little to tell us the reality of things. We would need closer to 100 packs to get outliers on the bell curve to get any kind of data and maybe even 1000 packs to get meaningful data. Pogging out of my mind at that dark zard tho.
