How to Replace a Ferrari F430 Track Rod End.
As part of the winter jobs, I needed to replace the Track Rod End on my 2007 Ferrari F430. It was a simple enough process, very similar to any other car really.
The Track Rod end that I've removed doesn't have any play in it, but the boot is split which means that dirt, debris and salt can get in there an corrode the bearing. Ferrari used to sell the boot separately but they now only sell the unit as a whole, however with the right tools, it is a job that can be tackled at home.
