Amazing. Could be great if you include the functionality in the swimpro coaching. We could enter the date, distance, type of stroke and objective (e.g. 1’10 for 100 m backstroke in 25m swimming pool). This would be clearly outstanding !

Here is a variation of common warm-ups -Stretches, bands and any other pre-game routines -400 choice ez -4x50 kick (activate legs) -4x50 build or 6x50 pace (for distance swimmers) -100-200 reset (think about your races) -A few starts if possible -Optional 25s blast with starts

The key to losing weight is being consistent with your swimming! Work on technique to improve your efficiency so you can swim longer and burn more calories. Pull is when you're using equipment or isolating your arms to just focus on the pull rather than the kick. Hope this helps! :)

No...it refers to 1min for each 50m kick. One should be looking to funish each 50m before 1min....say 50s....then the remaining 10s would be your rest....before starting the 50m. Make sense? 12 x 50 @1min
