No because phelps did so many events at an Olympics. Dressel might stay on top longer cuz sprinters age slower than mid distance, but he won’t pass 28 and 23 gold

You have to give Ryan Lochte a break. He swam relay legs for the usa teams that he was not his best events. He wasl imtrengg he was guy and fly guy. He swam legs of relays that were not his forte. He is the the 2nd grratest america swimmer. If he was givin his best strokes. Phelps and he would be only 2 or 3 overall apart.
