How can you compare immigrants to American born citizens, who have been here for generations? The motivation for coming to another country to live, is most often to obtain a better life. A significant number of them come here with high education levels and skills. It has long been argued, that it is a matter of comparing apples an oranges, to make a comparison between the two. Aren't we supposed to become more aware/enlightened, as time goes on? Many of us have not gotten the memo, on many of the issues, we have long grappled with, and that is a fundamental problem with us. As much as we talk about a structured and systemic force, in opposition to us, we ignore the obvious advice, that the two people, who made the idea of structured and systemic racism, a broadly known concept among us, which is, to be as structured and systemic, in the response to it, that we must give.

Very disappointed to hear Erika refer to "black descendants of slaves." Should be "black descendants of Africans who were enslaved." Big and important difference. As a progressive Erika should know better. But overall you two do great work. Thank You.

I cannot believe these ladies are still stewing from being cooked by John Hope Bryant. I'ts a whole new year, and they keep crashing out over the intellectual whooping he put on them months ago. lolol Thank God these ladies have husbands to save them...

Y’all need to just have Yvette on lol. Y’all are realizing that her brand of politics is essential for the survival of FBA/ADOS people.

how can an fba ados approach ensure survival when its obvious that the the "A" in the acronym aint even gonna survive ?
