I paired her with all the "if you cast a spell with mana vlaue 5" cards, and its SOOOO mich fun to goldfish. Add an Intruder Alarm and shes insane!

I think the deck could definitely use more protection spells. If we’re offloading the mana burden of our creature spells to our commander, that gives us a ton of room to play around with counterspells and instants during our opponent’s turns.

Loved this video! It helped me sift through the huge number of cards that can potentially work well with Helga. Another card idea: Paradox Engine untaps your Helga every time you cast a (creature) spell. It does cost 4~5€. Not sure if it would constitute a budget card.

I know im a bit late to this video but i am currently looking to buy this deck, but i would like to add ancient bronze dragon, swiftfoot boots to somewhat protect helga and maybe sol ring altough i dont know if thats necessary at all. Which cards would you say i could cut to add these 3?

If i have creatur on Board with the ability "creature spells cost 1 less" does a creatur with 4 mana minus 1 still triggeres the ability from the commander?

Yes because the Mana Value is always the printed cost on the card and does not change when you change the card's cost.

Looking for some help :). If I attempt to purchase this deck or any other one in this manner(by clicking the link), The cost of shipping is 3-5 dollars per card even though it costs a few cents. am I doing something wrong this seems absurd. In addition, this deck says it costs $17 low and $40 median with no high while my cart says $126. I want to buy something like this as I have 0 magic cards and want to get into it. Should I just be buying the Commander then purchase 1-2k card lots>

Which site are you buying in ? Often times it can be cheaper to buy at a local game store which sells mtg. Or try different sites. But yeah the shipping can really get the cost up
