On PC, you can dash by hitting the space bar, I found this out accidentally, but it really saves time. Edit: Also, there are freshwater species of shrimp, several of them are kept in aquariums. Edit2: The Twins (Alice and Suki) love flowers, just not violets for some reason. So an easy way to farm friendship with them is to gift each of them two scavenged flowers each week. Valentina (one of the kids, and specifically Suki's daughter) loves candy, and that includes the candied seeds. Eleanor (one of the older ladies) loves bugs above all else. Edit3: The reason the flamingos are grey, is because that is actually their natural coloration. The reason for the famous pink coloration has to do with their diet. In nature they are primarily filter feeders, and their diet contains a type of tiny crustacean that contains a lot of carotenoid in their shells, which actually changes the color of the birds feathers. Thus Flamingo's in captivity are usually fed a carotenoid enhanced diet to get their famous color.

You can actually catch shrimp in the Mississippi river as far as 5 miles up it I think (can be wrong about the miles)

Flamingos aren't always pink - they are white in the winter because the color comes from the krill they eat. Juvenile flamingos are gray. Also, the game isn't bugged, they 100% do eat like that, lol.

For the sake of avoiding spoilers, I won't give the number of floors in the mines, but as of now at least (I don't know if it will get patched in the future), you'll know when you're near the bottom when, after going down five floors from an elevator, you don't get another one, but instead have to make the last ten floors in one rush.

Fish are kinda strange in this one it’s a lot of guess work at the moment, but if you want a hint you might have some luck fishing outside in waterways by certain buildings you’ll find the best fish where friends get together on weekends. 😊

Yeah, the fishing is pretty limited right now (and also tbh not the best way to make money, bug catching is better). Since it's early access they are still working on adding other fish :( Upgrading the fishing rod won't change the fish you can catch unfortunately. Also, artifacts come from coffers--which you start getting a lot of when you start diving!

There are several differences, but they both belong to the same genre. Specifically the "Farming Sim" genre. But yes, they do share several things.

From watching Sharky's videos, the similarities are uncanny. It feels like the devs played Stardew and were like "let's make this, but slightly different". I would go so far as to call it a clone, but not in a bad way.

All Farming games are inspired by another like Stardew Valley was inspired by Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons series. Not everything is "copying" Stardew; it's another farm game, just like there were farm games before Stardew.
