Worcestershire sauce on your sautéed mushrooms IS a thing. My Great Grandma was Welsh and immigrated to America in the early 1900's, she taught my Grandma (her Daughter-in-law) to cook and my Mom too so growing up I had a lot of traditional British food even though my Mom did A LOT of cooking of recipes she came across from other cultures mostly. This makes SO MUCH sense and I'm actually surprised this isn't ALREADY a thing! Think about it, huitlacoche is a fungus (mushroom) that's actually propagated in South America even though it's actually a blight on corn crops and even the blood pudding sausage makes sense when you think about it too! You guys ARE ABSOLUTELY GENIUSES AND I AGREE WITH EVERYONE WHO WANTS YOU TO MAKE A BOOK WITH ALL THE RECIPES YOU'VE DONE OVER THE YEARS....I WOULD BUY A COPY LIKE YESTERDAY 👍!!🥰😍

For the english back bacon, "canadian bacon" is the same thing and probably more available. I prefer american style anyway, though, which we call "streaky bacon".

Yeah, Canadians call it back bacon as well. Only Americans call it Canadian Bacon for some reason.
@RikFTK

@@scarlettmi Canadian bacon (as the Americans call it), is a type of ham, not bacon at all. Back bacon is the only true bacon there is, streaky bacon is just thinly sliced pork belly and technically not bacon (also called Spek in many countries). Completely different cut of the animal.

@@recoil53 It's not the bacon we eat or think of when we hear bacon either. If you order bacon or buy bacon in Canada, you get the exact same strips of bacon as you have the United States.
