Hello. I would like to asking about that machine mhytos 1, i got stuck when making coffee. I wondering which area into machine if the result coffee always change not consistent for about gramasi / gram. Thankyou

I have used water washed burrs recently. do you think it will damage the burrs/rust ? Thx

They’re not designed to get in contact with water. Water can leave mineral residue that can build up, even soft water. In the other hand, Distilled water is very corrosive and can burn down the coating on the burrs. I understand why you would like to use water, sometimes there’s still a rancid aroma. To remove the rancid oils you can use both Urnex Grindz or white rise and then brush the burrs and the rest of the inner parts.
