Thanks for the demo R.J. Lead me to go for it and I do not regret ! Don't know what Zach did with the components, but it came out very nice. In comparison to my trusty Signa Drive from CmatMods - which is already a TS9 on steroids - this one processes the sound on a different kind of spectrum. Close to a Dumble overdrive tone: enhances the frequencies at the right level. Brilliant treble without being shrieky, a lot of clarity, a bass boost without being muddy or invasive. Eliminates the need for a BBE Sonic Stomp in the signal chain. If perfection defines an OD pedal, I would say this is the one !! \m/

Very nice: not one bad sound there. I guess for some players this might replace both an overdrive and a low-gain distortion.

I was sold when you broke out the Tele. There aren't many OD pedals that I like with a Tele; this one is exceptional to my ears. Or, maybe I should wait for you signature pedal....

I have one and yes they are. All knaggs guitars feel like master built versions of fenders and gibsons. My Chesapeake has the best neck I've ever played - far nicer than both my custom shop fenders, which I also love so not hating on fender at all

It sounds like an asymmetrical clipping circuit.

Not sure. The original was symmetrical, like the 808 it's - allegedly - based on. Product info on the V.2 doesn't mention the clipping mode.
