Thank you for these videos. I'm preparing for a daunting task of GM-ing an adventure for the first time, and Mythras seems like a near-perfect rule system for the likes of me. I really grown to dislike DnD over the years, mostly due to the nonsensical class system and what-not. Mythras seems to be both simpler and more profound at the same time so far.

thanks for the comments - I started back with DnD 5th after having a break and quickly found that I wanted something 'different' - luckily I found Mythras and its fantastic community :) - hope you enjoy the system as much as we do :)

Hi there, I actually don't play Classic Fantasy, mainly because I wanted to move away from D&D and Mythras allowed me to that - loads of people play it though and really enjoy it - so it must be good :) as for subscribers - what can I say! I'll still create :)

Thanks for your question. Do you mean why because of the rules or why due to links with reality? If its why because of the rules, I was referencing the table from p108 - of course, a roll of 01-05 always hits just like a roll of 96-00 always misses :) Hope this helps

@@tyler1673 Hi there, sorry I'm not sure on that one, it might be a good question to ask in the discord - some members there are more into the realism of the ruleset. Sorry, I can't help further though but always remember my Mythras your own so if you and your players want to make adaptations to the rules then do so :)
