Three (3) Key Takeaways: Scrum is a framework that recommends following some rules and guidelines but doesn't suggest tools, techniques, and strategies. Scrum or any framework doesn't make your project deliver faster, but it makes you deliver better. You can deliver faster if you use the right tools, techniques, and strategies. Scrum is all about inspection and adoption, and it helps the team continually improve by performing inspection and adoption.

The main takeaway here is that before talking about scum it's necessary to know what it really is, a framework. So the tools and strategy is something separate from scrum, and this should not be forgotten.

Key takeaways - 1. 5 popular myths about scrum and how to avoid them 2. scrum doesn't recommend any tools/techniques but it is a framework itself 3. scrum helps in building winning teams and winning projects 4. it is also an inspect/adapt mindset

The key takeaways: 1) SCRUM alone can't make winning teams it's the inspect and adapt mindset with right tools and strategies which make teams win. 2) SCRUM != Agile, Scrum is a framework with set of rules and guidelines, but Agile is 4 values and 12 principles which make teams win. 3) Scrum master is not part of Agile process, but its a role in SCRUM. 4) In Scrum , the team is supposed to be cross functional, i.e the team should have right set of people with coding , testing, automation, documentation capability, Scrum never says the team requires to be having individual who are multi skilled. Multi skill is an advantage but not a requirement.

Scrum isn’t complete - as lots of admins things are not included, but Scrum is a framework, does not tell you to follow your own strategies, , PM can choose any tools and technics suitable for them. Scrum make us deliver project faster - no framework makes your project faster, its about tools and strategies. Scrum does not work our project - core of scrum is inspection and adaptation. Its all about improvement. In scrum everyone does everything - the self managing cross functional is resulted from the teams (cross functional teams - not individual) Agile and scrum are interchangeable words, Agile is a set of values and principles that drive I/A. Scrum is a framework built on I/A with set of rules and guidelines.

Takeaways - People think that Scrum is incomplete. But this incorrect. Scrum is framework and T/T and strategies are independent of it. It thus gives the freedom to use any T/T which is suitable for the ecosystem. Scrum doesnot make your project to be delivered faster as SCRUM is just a Framework. Its the T/T and strategies that delivers the projects faster. It helps you deliver better. Scrum is basically I/A of mindset hence it can be applicable on any project
