I still remember leaving Vault 101 for the first time all those years ago. I had no idea it would be the beginning of a long journey spanning so many hours in all the different wastelands (and space at one point).

From the very beginning they wanted to have dinosaurs 🦖 in fallout. There’s even a giant dino footprint in Fallout 1. Maybe that Trex skeleton is a nod to that 🤷‍♂️

the fact that things like this are still being searched for is crazy, if you have the proper tools you can just open the game and see all the code, npcs, etc and just look for it in the files

I heard there was a legend about a verson of Fo 3 / 4 / New Vegas / 76 that doesn't ever crash, freeze or have so many glitches it becomes impossible to play eventually. Definitely just a myth, that one.

damn those people. its thruth like they say - listen to silence long enought and you will hear it talking to you, look into darkness long enought and it will start looking at you. look at no singnal tv (snow static) and you will see things. its not because they there there, its just becouse brain needs signals, needs to recognise stuff, so if brain can't do that it will make stuff where there is none.

The Lake Mead monster is a joke on Loch Ness. All photos being grainy and blurry is a stab at how Nessie and other criptids only ever seem to have blurry, grainy, unclear pictures taken of them.

well i have a good one for you, its old and well, the KZbin video is long since taken down from when KZbin went on a purging fit on long dead channels. was called: "Lost NCR battalion." it had to do with the large train tunnel just past nipton. when entering the tunnel there was a door you could pick and enter the tunnel. once in the tunnel it was dark, pure quiet, faint dripping of water, from memory the tunnel was empty except for a burning campfire with seven mattresses around it. there was some blood spatter as well as a couple service rifles on the ground with a helmet or two. clicking on a mattress and waking up the camp was clear, empty. no evidence of the camp ever having occupants. oddest part, they could not open their pip boy, pull out a weapon, nor leave first person mode and lastly the same still continued even if they pushed pause. when the player left the tunnel, the area was completely different as well as the atmosphere. Thich Sandstorm was constantly happening; however, the sand was red with a dark fog. passing over the hills as well as finding Novac, it was a ghost town. only thing was blood trailing to the underpass, fallowing the trail that led to nothing, a flat wall of the hill next to the bridge. when the player looked at the wall, then turned around there was a charred and bloody skeleton with blood red glowing eyes in NCR uniforms, the character would not move even as they player tried to run. scene went black, game crashed rebooting to black screen, when the gamer restarted to a old save, all of the NCR faction was gone, no characters, no NPC's, even the legion was gone as well. starting a new character had no changed effect. deleting the old save and uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game and starting a name game, the game acted normal. i saw this video back in 2010. all i got is the memory posted here.

Sounds like an early modder. Could've been "real" in the sense that he created all those things for the video by creating a mod. I've seen similar vids and claims....

This was a great video! I am not a long time player, but in my experience in New Vegas, what unsettles me a little is that in every new playthrough i keep finding new little hideouts, tiny caves with cans or junk, others with more signs of occupancy and yet make me wonder: What happened to them? Maybe there is not a huge mystery to it, just kinda fun to think about. Also, there's this thing about finding Wasteland Survival books in places where some eerie event took place: The camp with tons of Radscorpions near the Mojave Outpost, the burnt ranch with a lot of malnourished brahmins and notes of someone going insane and of course Lone Wolf Radio. Again, maybe it's just coincidence. Ha.
