Definitely prefer the sped-up process, not a complete skip. Another great little home....but.... I really want to see you maximise your architectural background and just go full-force into a massive castle complete with don-jon and Machiculations, ramparts, ballistrades, fortifications, throne room.... Just a huge, massive stone castle. Dont even need to show us the process, just a video-guided tour of the finalised product

Yes! The clipping makes me avoid round structures. If not round,a tiny filler piece that connects a diagonal roof.

sweet;) I agree with a lot of comments here: the speed up building process is an integral part of those kind of vids, so I would keep them. I am building an outpost in a meadow area right now, with swamp, dark forest and mountain nearby - and I decided to go for a treehouse this time. This is the most challenging house for me so far, because once up there in the leafage you basically can't see what you are doing most of the time, so be warned if you plan on doing something similar. I will put out a video of this build in a week or so, so behold ;)

I love seeing the build process, yes. The balance is in finding a suitable replay speed: go to fast and it's useless, go to slow and it takes to long. This seems like an appropriate pace for the replay. Thank you for the excellent idea.

Sped up parts are crucial to see the how-it's-done part of the tutorial. Nothing is worse than reading a car manual that says repair engine, then turn key. Like wtf what are these wires and why is there smoke help plz. Sometimes it seems like a no-brainer to put this piece here, and that piece there, but everyone thinks and acts differently so I think it's great to have the sped up parts. Thank you!

i hope someone makes a mod that makes one of these an underground dungeon type thing that if you clear it, you can take it over and have an underground base then build above like the tower thing u did, its so frustrating that Valhiem will physically not let you mine a cave system or build a cave base or nothing... any modders seeing this wanna give it a go :P

Sped-up portions are fine. They show that you actually built something in real time, and if someone is really struggling with a build they can slow down the playback speed to watch closer.

I've stumbled across this building in a mountain biome for the first time only last night. I was trying to construct some form of base in between snow storms and attacks from nearby creatures, but it didn't turn out so well 😆. Thanks for this upload, perfect timing for me 🙂.
