The stats only show as 1 or higher on the stats screen in the pip boy because those are displayed as an int in the programming. But the actual value is saved as a float.

I am not even sure that I would even attempt to make my way all the way to Jamaica Plain at level 1 just for armor, even combat armor, though I might try it just for a lark. Hardened is max in Fallout 76,(Well not counting Prime anyway) but in Fallout 4 I am pretty sure there are powerful and advanced mods as well for the sniper rifle. Also the light on the helmet does not work that is true, but there IS a mod that makes it work.

Its never good enough, not enough action not enough this or that. You get penalized for making the game vastly easier, max out your weight cap, max out vendor credits, and have it where you can access your cargo anywhere makes it so you can pick up literally every piece of junk and scrap and trash, and never have to worry about not having credits, which gets your ship upgraded, if you are a lvl 0 and using these settings you could have millions of credits by lvl 10. Its fucking coddle the baby mode, what do you MEAN punishing the player? If you need or want credits so badly go run contracts or bounties, become a space pirate. 😂😂 I am going to have a hard time hearing anything else out. "Punishes the player" for being a hoarder? Yes. For abusively exploiting in game systems? Yes. You should get penalized with less XP if you're going to make it to where breathing makes credits 😂😂 ridiculous.

This sucks I decided to play fallout 4 again cause I been watching a vtuber play fallout 3 and got the itch did the first half this video but when I got to the download part from their website I found about the update and I can't with collection now I and don't it will be updated but I think it's funny cause the day I made a fresh install was the 13 the same day it all broke F my luck. Also he should think about updating this video it's a little out of date like f4se is in vortex now

at 25:00 you can use the craft item dupe glitch on cloth, then make a bunch of flags. each flag is 5 xp
