It's gotten to the point where I can't sit and watch Miyavi WITHOUT a giant smile on my face. It always amazes me how he plays his guitar. His hands just move sooooooo fast. Totally love him.
From a guitarist's point of view,I really think he's one of the best guitarists in the world..if not the best then he is definitely the most creative one.
@gwenhafford41129 жыл бұрын
Miyavi is the total package! He has unlimited talent, charisma, sensitivity, loves his daughters, and ( oh yeah!) is extremely sexy. The camera loves him. I could watch him all day & night. I'm a new fan who didn't know about him till I saw him in Unbroken. He was amazing in that movie. I had to find out more about this man, so I found his stuff online. It has been a lot of fun watching all the KZbin stuff --- seeing him evolve and mature over the years. Can't wait to see what the future holds for him.

Same here. I saw him in Unbroken and I just had to look him up on the net- He's absolutely talented and raw. I still can't believe that he has not acted before. I can't wait as well!

@@BarisBytes if you're talking about his early twenties that stuff is good too, but this song is one of my favs of his transition periods. Plus it's nearly a decade old so it is a classic
The old glam-rock/funk signature sound of Miyavi has been a favorite of mine. His new collaborations are great as well, but it's always good to enjoy older songs. I always wished he would do a song with Les Claypool during this "era", but it's I suppose there's still hope in the future.

I've seen him 2x in NYC and he rocked it both times. Yeah, he changes musical style like people change hairdos but I love it all.
One of my dreams came true last night. Saw him in Orlando. He is #1 :) lol. Even my boyfriend who i dragged along and didnt care for miyavi loved the concert and had a blast. (he agreed to at least that miyavi is "a great guitarist and a great showman which is what makes a live show good in the first place")

I almost don’t understand what I just watched and heard. This is the most incredible guitar playing I’ve ever seen. And it was just him standing there. No extra stuff or props or stupid crap I see in music videos. Simple and raw. Just incredible. I’m just 👀 I just finished watching “Unbroken”. Amazing and highly recommended. But as a film lover I always research everything about the film beginning with the cast. And look what I found 😌 just mind blowing. Sigh.. perfection ❤

I've been listening to Myv since he went solo (yes I'm olllld), and I've never been disappointed. His guitar skills are phenomenal, his voice is so original/unusual, and he just seems so high-energy and genuine and fun. When I first started following him, I kinda thought of him as the "spiritual successor" to hide of X Japan (gods rest hide's soul), and I feel like that's a pretty good comparison still. Miyavi's guitar might even be better, which feels sacrilegious to SAY, but I suppose every skill on earth gets surpassed eventually, right?
