Really nice video - thank you! I got into the Edelkrone system a few years ago, and ran into some hiccups as you discuss. But my recent tests have revealed what you’ve found - they’ve got a much more mature ecosystem now. I’ll be doing a lot more work with the gear in the coming months and am looking forward to the speed of adjusting the various elements by hand. I’m counting on that to speed up production! Same with the Vision Module. I think they are finally in a good place to deliver on the promise of their system. Thanks again for your video - and happy sliding!

Hello! Thank you so much for your comments about the difference between the two, and I had some questions about the last review you made about rhino vs edelkrone 3 years ago. You said that the app from android didn't connect well, you had to tweak the tensions of the slider, and when you're calibrating lenses, the focus module spins too hard even when it reaches the end. Has any of the problem you mentioned been solved by the updates?

Very useful comparison. I own the original Rhino Ultimate Bundle, and my motion unit died recently. I contacted support, but only got crickets. So my thoughts about Rhino is not good.

I noticed a slight bump/jerky stop at the end of the Edelkrone camera moves at the very end of the video. Is there a way to eliminate that, because these tiny bumps would be a hassle for looping shots and vfx work

How have the Sigma cine primes been treating you? My organization is able to get some new lenses, and I was tempted to get some anamorphics but we're shooting on Canon cameras that won't really take advantage of them. So looking elsewhere for a worthy upgrade.
