Unfortunately, the speed is determined by how fast your internet is as the file must be downloaded from Google before it can be processed.

Can we splitscreen on view board half for browser and half for the board

It depends on what device you're connecting to the board. Windows, Chrome OS and MacOS devices all support split screen. If you're running the native ViewBoard OS (Android) split screen is not supported.

I plugged in my usb drive to save images from the whiteboard to the usb drive but it did not find it. Do I need to do something ?

Hi, thanks for the nice video. As a Teacher I need to have the feature to disable student's rights to draw or import pictures/files and I am wondering if I could do that with Myviewboard?

There's no way to disable the throw or pop quiz feature. However, you can disable your notifications in the top right corner by selecting the bell and then selecting the speaker icon. Icon. As a reminder, kids cannot automatically open images or pop quizzes directly on the board without the teacher intentionally importing them.

I make teaching videos and I don't want the top, the bottom and the sides of the screen to be covered with toolbars and menus. I want the entire screen to be covered by my pdf page. Is it possible for the pdf page to cover the entire screen ?

Great question! You can put Whiteboard in what we call "Presentation Mode" (kzbin.info/www/bejne/oanbYaqgrJlsgNk). Unfortunately there is no way to completely hide the toolbars.

@@ViewSonicEducation , In the video that you had shared, I can see two toolbars in the presentation mode. 1.They are called floating toolbar and main toolbar, right ? 2. During presentation mode, can we place both these toolbars horizontally at the bottom of the screen ? And if yes, can we then write and erase in presentation mode without a toolbar or symbol popping up on the rest of the screen ? I don't want anything, other than the pdf or the image that I want to show, in the rest of the screen. I don't even want the time or the clock visible. I ask all this because I am planning to buy the viewboard ifp7552 and use it as a standalone device ( what this means is that I will not be connecting it to a Windows machine or an OPS) . I make videos on Maths puzzles and want only my question to be visible to my viewers ( I am okay with both, sharing the question as a pdf of as an image). I then want to write and erase to solve the question for my viewers. If I can do all this on the android standalone version of your device with just the toolbars on the bottom of the screen, then I can just edit out the horizontal bottom of the screen and give the feeling of teaching on an actual physical whiteboard. I am a teacher using this. I agree a lot of the features are cool, but a large classroom just sucks for this. If you step to the back of the classroom, they cannot see those words, so they disconnect and do not pay attention. You have to zoom so much if you want the ENTIRE classroom to see it. Then about 90% of what you want to be seen is out of view, due to zooming in as far as you can. It looks great in these videos, but not for about 50% of my classroom, since my lab desks are unmovable. Grr, what a waste of money.

We have purchased 5 vibe boards for our company in the past 2 years. The screens have died on the first (2). We have had only a discount for a new board as an option or pay to repair the original. We are very dissatisfied with the product and the companies support. If you only need this board to last a year this would work, otherwise look elsewhere. Very poor
