I love your videos. They are so good. Especially when they are long.

I went on a guided hunt years ago in Colorado and after talking in detail about how much I wanted to hunt elk in the timber, I get there and of course I can already see elk right out in the fields with the cows. They were nice to look at, but I never expected that the outfitter would expect me to shoot one of them, after I had decribed exactly the type of hunt I was looking for. It seemed I was just another chunk of money for them, get me in and get me out. Well, I decided to get out and let them keep my 1000 dollar deposit. I then decided to go up higher on Public land and a friend that I had gave me a topo may and told me to drive to the certain area, walk down and old roadbed to the end and watch over the edge into an open area. I drove up there the next morning to check it out and when I got to the end, looked over and there was a very nice bull screaming his head off with about 8 cows. My hunt was over in 30 minuets from the time I left my truck. 6200 feet elevation, at the edge of black timber, some brush and a few aspens. It beat the pants off of shooting a bull, standing 100 yards from some cows, where the only difference was, The elk had bigger horns.

I’m surprised the outfitter didn’t go speak with the elk and tell them exactly what you wanted. Shame on them for making the elk be right out in the open and not in the timber like you requested.

It was an okay video and I gave you a little respect until you said what city you were at in New Mexico! I'm a native New Mexican and find it disrespectful that you admittedly mis pronounce the city of Raton. That's why I hate some of you non residents that come in our state and be disrespectful! If I was V7 I wouldn't let you out your crew come back! Smh
