Bro u r telling in the wrong way, u have called collector the emitter and vive-versa.

The labels for collector and emitter leads need to be reversed. The circuit as wired is correct with the emitters on all three transistors going to the negative battery terminal. Draw a circuit diagram on paper next time please.

for 220vac is different... we use triac resistor... the circuit is called sequential lights.... used for disco lights during 90's... you can adjust the speed through a potentiometer

No they are s9013, NPN transistors . The labels as shown for collector and emitter need to be reversed in the video. The connections are correct. Just the labels are wrong.

I did it with same way but not working. I change it with bc547 with 1 k 10 resistors perfectly working. 9013 is higher priced transistor.
